Return/Cancellation Policy

Please read the below Return/Replacement policy carefully.
We accept replacements only when the product is damaged in transit, when the customer receives it. A Complete Unboxing video is mandatory for the replacement. Without a valid proof we will not be able to process the replacement.
In some unfortunate circumstances when you receive a damaged product, we will replace the product within four working days, Provided the damaged product is return shipped by the customer to the address provided. ONLY replacements can be provided, Return/Refund is not accepted in any cases.
The order once placed CANNOT be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
We recommend customers to be available at the destination address to collect the product from our Courier service provider. In case of your unavailability, a total of 2 attempts will be done from the courier service provider. In-case of your unavailability after 2 attempts, the courier will be shipped back to our address.
The customer will be notified about the returned products and the product will be shipping back to the requested customer address, only after replaying the shipping charges. No refunds shall be initiated for courier returns.
